Dear Phoenix Home Services, We love the work your company has done and have been receiving compliments from our neighborhood all week. The new flagstone walkway and stone veneering around our retaining wall and the base of the house is absolutely wonderful. Also I would like to really highlight that your crew led by Joaquin was absolutely wonderful. They arrived early and worked late every day and had a great eye for detail. I am so pleased with Joaquin's work that we can't wait to replace our wood deck with a flagstone patio. I highly recommend him and his crew.

Written by: Larry ZillioxDear Phoenix Home Services, I am a very pleased client of Phoenix home services and I would happily recommend any one of the many services they offer. I happened to use 100% of their services for my home. I thought cutting out a window through my brick was going to be a task I did not want to take on and through their assurance they certainly proved me wrong. It was painless and it turned out amazing! I had them install new windows throughout my house and even convert my three side by side windows to a sliding glass door. The windows have made such an impact on the level of noise I hear on the outside to the noticeable temperature difference inside. The trim around my windows on the interior was old and painted over numerous times they even changed this for me to match the trim throughout the remainder of the house. I needed a new deck and what a gorgeous deck I got. The design process was simple and I used the new wood composite material which is low maintenance and in my opinion the only way to go. Phoenix made sure the deck was to code from the lights on the steps to the galvanized nails they used and it passed inspection the first go around. I decided to also add a concrete patio underneath the deck, it also turned out amazing. I purchased new siding and it was top of the line 6” beaded panel, the new shutters set it off. Not to mention the oversized gutters I added that make an apparent difference when it rains. The front entry door and two doors I purchased one for the kitchen and one for the side of the deck were steel custom painted. There is not one area where any air seeps through. In the front of my home I added a wrap around flagstone patio and changed the decorative beams. Glen even took me to the rock query to pick all the colors out. I also converted my fireplace into flagstone and had them build a custom mantel for me. I did not like the first one they built but they did not rest until they built another one w/ material they bought on the house. The workers always arrived like clockwork and worked quietly and swiftly all while ensuring quality workmanship. It’s apparent that I would use Phoenix home services again and have recommended to them to my friends and would recommend them to any one. I thank Phoenix Home Services for helping me realize my dreams in my most important investment my home.
Written by: Caroline SmithDear Phoenix Home Services, Ray just left. Do I have his name right? Hope so. The basement looks absolutely phenomenal. Pics attached. Yesterday kind of sucked that they didn't show up but I blame you for that! In all seriousness, his work was spot on from day 1. They laid out the counter and sink on cloth with all their tools. They laid paper all the way around the basement – taped down. I was in a meeting when they did the hydraulic cement. I pointed out to him (which he couldn't have known) that the leaks were coming from the very bottom of the wall and he didn't take off the 2x2 to do the bottom 4 inches of wall. He said no problem. Next morning I meant to go down and suggest that he fill in the bottom corner with cement and build it out 1/2 inch to block all possibility of water. I got distracted and forgot. When I went down to check, he had built it out over 1/2 inch on his own up to maybe 8 inches. Perfect. It makes it a lot easier to seal up that wall knowing it was done right. The drywall work and touch up on all the walls was also perfect and you know I don't use that work often. The paint work was ridiculously good. When you see the red we did on 2 walls, headers and posts, you will see how the room just pops now. His paint work is the best I've seen. He was diligent, neat, organized, always asked if there was anything that needed to be done to make things better (there wasn't). I sent him out of here with $150 check to say "thanks" for a great job. Don’t let this guy go anywhere. Bryan
