Rear view of addition with deck. This addition featured a raised concrete floor with a CMU block walls capped thin stone. The siding used in this project was James Hardy plank. All soffits, fascia boards, windows and doors were capped with coil stock. The roof used was a black 30 year GFI 30 year shingle. The rear deck was build with Trecks decking. The windows and doors were installed using Pella doors and windows. This addition was built in Arlington County Virginia.
